		<description>Excellent, including finding a Buyer Agent you are happy with- and sticking with them. The very top level of my service is reserved for those whom I have buyer agent agreements with- it has to be so, as there is often a shortage of time, and in that case clients have to come first.  Also, if I see a great property at a price point that both a client and a potential customer is looking for- it has to go to my client. It only makes sense. Thanks Paula. Terry</description>

		<description>Fantastic advice.  I like the part about being pre-approved as opposed to pre-qualified.  In Alaska we get "90% letters" for people who are pre-qualified.  It says that the loan officer thinks they can get a loan.  Often those letters aren't even worth the paper they are printed on.
