		<description>The truth is, if someone shows up at your doorstep and informs you that deeding the property over will help you avoid foreclosure, you've just become a target of real estate fraud!  Your local Real Estate Professional would never ask you to deed your property over... So either contact your local lender to negotiate an accord on payments or contact your local Realtor to investigate your options.
