The Artsgarden in Indianapolis sits atop the intersections of Washington and Illinois Streets in downtown Indianapolis. The Artsgarden connects the Circle Centre Mall and the Embassy Suites. The seven story structure is glass enclosed where you can capture an amazing view of the city. Offering over 300 free concerts a year, the Artsgarden is operated by the Arts Council of Indiana.
