It was first reported on WishTV.com the Indianapolis home builder was having problems paying bills and is being sued by subcontractors for money they are owed. Ground has been broken on the new roundabout at County Road 100N and Dan Jones in Avon, giving the city it’s third roundabout. Now, we have the rules.
